Scans of Work by Baskerville   John Baskerville (1706-1775) was a letter-founder and printer from Birmingham. He lived at a time of great change with the industrial revolution in full swing and was close to many of the main players in the Midlands Enlightenment and the Lunar society. Baskerville produced some outstanding works in his own typeface, especially the Book of Common Prayer and the Bible of 1763. The pages here include scans of both of these plus some of Virgil's works in Latin.
